What does virtual receptionist do all day?
A receptionist work time includes answering the phone for your business, interacting with your client, creating post-call summary reports, scheduling, and/or live transferring.
Can I use my current number?
You can forward your existing number to us or we can provide your business with a new number.
What happens if I go over my planned minutes?
If you go over the package minute allowance for any given billing cycle, every additional minute will be charged at your base rate.
How is my usage calculated?
Usage is calculated as talk time of the call + the amount of time it takes our receptionists to send your call summary email. Transfers are not included in talk time. If outbound calls are requested, minutes are used from your package.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. All plans are month to month and can be terminated with a required 14 day cancellation notice.
